PASI (Phonological Awareness Screener Inventory) K-1 Teacher Given Screener and Progress Monitor This assessment builds on data from DIBELS with a specific focus on phonological skills and skill deficits. The assessment places students in skill intervention groups, and also provides for progress monitor opportunities
DIBELS (Dynamic Indicators of Early Literacy Screener) K-3 Online Screener and Progress Monitor This assessment (Now Amplify) provides literacy data in the areas of phonemic awareness, phonics, oral reading fluency, story retell and comprehension. It allows for both benchmark and progress monitoring in the area of early literacy.
AIMS Web K-3 Math only 4-8 Reading and Math Online Screener and Progress Monitor This assessment provides data in the areas of early numeracy, literacy and math. It allows for both benchmark and progress monitoring in the above mentioned areas allowing us to identify and monitor children at risk in the areas of math and reading.

The assessment places students in skill intervention groups, and provides for progress monitor opportunities
Fastbridge (SEL Only at this time) Grades1t-8 Online Screener and Progress Monitor This assessment provides us with student data on critical foundational skills in Social Emotional Learning so that we can quickly identify students who might need additional support or acceleration. It also allows us to quickly progress monitor student growth and adjust intervention as needed.
STAR Reading Grades 2-8

Online Diagnostic and Benchmark Assessment and Progress Monitor

This assessment is administered 3 times per year. It determines reading fluency and comprehension and determines reading Lexile. Progress monitor can be done as often as once per week.
STAR Math Grades 2-8

Online Diagnostic and Benchmark Assessment and Progress Monitor

This assessment is administered 3 times per year. It determines math fluency and computation levels and determines math Quantile. Progress monitor can be done as often as once per week.
WY-TOPP Interim Assessments Grades 1-10 Kindergarten (winter only) Online Benchmark Assessments These assessments are administered up to three times per year to monitor student progress toward attainment of state standards in ELA and Math. Results provide us with insight into areas of the curriculum that we need to focus on throughout the year.
WY-TOPP Summative Assessments Grades 3-10 Online State Summative Assessment This assessment is given in the spring of each year in ELA and Math for all grades 3-10 and for Science and Writing in select grades only.This data is used by the state to determine school effectiveness as part of the Wyoming Accountability in Education Act. In addition,the district uses these results to determine potential needs in our Learning Standards, Instructional Frameworks and Professional Development.

ACT

Grade 11 Online State Summative Assessment This assessment is given in the spring of each year in Reading, Writing,Math and Science for grade 11 only.  This data is used by the state to determine school effectiveness as part of the Wyoming Accountability in Education Act.  In addition, the district uses these results to determine potential needs in our Learning Standards, Instructional Frameworks and Professional Development.

Grades  K-12 Online and Paper Pencil Assessment  These assessment are developed and validated locally by teams of teachers to measure the District adopted learning standards in all ten content areas. They are given when student complete a Unit of Instruction and are tightly aligned to the classroom targets and instruction.  Results are used to measure student proficiency of standards and to identify students who may need intervention or enrichment.Student performance is reported to parents through conferences and report cards as well as through the Infinite Campus. Results are also used to determine potential needs in our Learning Standards, Instructional Frameworks and Professional Development.
District Common Formative Assessments

Grades K-12 Online and/or Paper Pencil These assessments are developed and validated locally by teachers who teach the same grade and/or course to measure student learning during instruction.They are given during a common window and the results are used to determine reteaching and enrichment needs before the end of unit summative assessment is given.These assessments are used mostly closely at the classroom level to quickly and frequently monitor student learning of classroom targets.
