Niobrara County School District is searching for substitute teacher applicants.  Must have Professinal Teaching Standards Board (PTSB) certification and a government background check (fingerprint submission).   Ability to follow directions and maintain confidentiality are a must. Experience is helpful but not necessary.  The district is currently exploring the possibility of providing training for substitute teacher certification if enough interest exists.  If you have previously submitted an application to the district, please stop by the district office to check if all of the information is still accurate.  Here is the link to PTSB Substitute Teacher Certification:  https://wyomingptsb.com/licens...

Additionally, the district is also accepting applications for substitutes for classified positions as well.  These include secretary, paraprofessional, and custodial positions.  Certification is not required for classified positions but the government background check is required.

Note:  Submitting application and certification is no guarantee that you will be asked to substitute in any capacity, only that your name and contact information will be added to the list of possible substitutes.
