Notice is hereby given that the Niobrara County School District #1 Board of Trustees will hold a public work session on Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. at the District Central Office.
The Board will meet with Wyoming Representative JD Williams and Senator Cheri Steinmetz to review and discuss Wyoming's K–12 Education Funding Recalibration and Literacy legislation, including the implementation requirements and potential impacts on district operations, funding, and student learning.
The public is encouraged to attend. Opportunities for questions and discussion will be provided in accordance with the Board's established meeting procedures.
This work session is intended for informational purposes and discussion. Any formal Board action, if necessary, will be conducted in accordance with applicable public meeting requirements.
