We are reaching out to our wonderful community to see if anyone would like to donate Beef to our School Lunch Program. Your donation makes a huge and meaningful difference in our school and our students. We want to give a big thank you to all our previous/current donators. Without your support and generosity we would not be able to provide delicious and healthy meals to our students. If you or someone one you know would like to donate a beef or have further questions please contact Adele Hanson by calling LEMS at 334-2224 or emailing her at hansona1@lusk.k12.wy.us. Thank you!

Important Notice:
Parents please remember to put money on your child's lunch account. You can do this through your Parent Portal on Infinite Campus or at either HS or LEMS front office with a credit card/check/cash.
Any outstanding lunch balances from the previous school year must be paid in full. Parents and guardians are responsible for these balances, and timely payment is required.
Please be advised that if these balances remain unpaid, the school may be required to return to participation in the federal food program, which would reduce the flexibility and options currently available to our students.
Thank you.

Update on the High School Gym Camera for NFHS Streaming: We were able to get the new tower/hard drive for the high school gym camera installed. However, we can not get it connected to the internet, due to security issues currently blocking it, so we are still unable to stream games from that gym. We are working to find a solution, but it’s uncertain if the issue will be resolved by tomorrow morning.

The Gering Invite was a huge success for cross country team. All seven runners finished in the top half of their divisions. Maci Lyons and Hazel Gaukel were division winners in the high school races with Lyons winning the varsity race in 20:15 and Gaukel won JV in 23:34. Avery Johnson continues to lower her race times. She ran the 3K in 14:32. The middle school boys were able to put together a team score, placing 8th place overall with a score of 124. All four boys placed in the top half of the field of 101 runners. The top placer was Liam Walker placing 25th in a time of 12:56. Right behind him in 28th place was Andre Broberg. He ran a great race in a time of 13:05. Cooper Skeen ran 13:10 to place 30th. His time was a minute personal best time. Paul Kruse continues to run well. His 13:45 time placed him 44th overall.

The NFHS computer that runs the NC MS/HS gym camera recently crashed. A replacement was sent, but the technician has not yet arrived to install it. Because of this, we will not be able to broadcast tonight’s middle school volleyball game.
We had hoped the technician would make it in time, but unfortunately that didn’t happen. Hopefully, the gym NFHS camera will be up and running by next week.
Football this weekend should stream on NFHS Network as that camera and computer were not affected.
