The baskets are rolling in for the FBLA Silent Auction this Saturday, 2/14, starting at 11 AM during the home basketball game vs. Southeast! There’s a little something for everyone—perfect for treating your sweetheart on Valentine’s Day. Take a look at these baskets, with many more still to come! 💝
We will also have a special basket benefiting one of our very own varsity boys basketball players and their family. All proceeds from that basket will go directly to support them during their time of need.

This morning, we were made aware that several school districts across Wyoming received threats targeting schools. These incidents appear to be consistent with what law enforcement commonly refers to as “swatting,” or false reports intended to prompt an emergency response.
Law enforcement agencies are aware of the situation statewide, and the threats received by other districts have been determined not to be credible. At this time, Niobrara County School District has not received any threats, and there is no information indicating a risk to the safety of our students or staff.
We are working closely with our law enforcement partners and will continue to monitor the situation. The safety of our students and staff remains our highest priority.
If additional information becomes available that impacts our schools, we will communicate updates to families and staff as quickly as possible.

Weight Room Availability Reminder & Update:
The high school weight room will be open on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5:30 - 7:00pm. That is a change from the previous. When there is a school board meeting the weight room will be closed.
How to access:
Please park in the teacher parking lot and enter through the front doors.
Additional notes:
Hall walking will also be available during these same times.
Please be respectful of the facility, equipment, and others using the space.
Youth under 9th grade must be accompanied by an adult.

Exciting day in SOAR - our trout have started hatching! Today students identified our first sac fry! Students test the water quality daily to help ensure we have healthy trout to release this spring.
MS Girls Wrestling is not going to Sundance today due to the weather in Sundance.
