Today’s Schedule SWAY Baseline Concussion Testing – 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, HS Auditorium Sports Physicals – 2:00 to 4:00 PM, HS (for students who did not get one in May) Back to School Open House – 4:30 to 6:00 PM, all schools Fall Sports Meeting – 6:15 PM, HS Auditorium All student/parent/coaches meet together first, then dismiss to individual sports meetings. Middle school football & volleyball paperwork available at 6:00 PM for families with students in multiple sports.

Reminder: All K–12 parents must complete online enrollment through Infinite Campus or Online Registration at the district website. Even if your student was enrolled last year, you still need to update and verify all information.
How to Enroll: Go to www.growingluskleaders.org and click Online Registration. If you remember your Infinite Campus parent/guardian login, you can complete registration directly. If you don’t remember or don’t have a login: Click Online Registration Answer the questions and a link will be emailed to you. New to the district? Click Online Registration and follow the prompts to complete the full process.

Lots of Back to School Information:
Back to school letters were mailed out, if you do not receive one by the 13th, please contact the school.
All student enrollments will be online this year. Please go to www.growingluskleaders.org and click on online registration. If you remember your parent/guardian log in to Infinite Campus you can complete the registration through there as well.
Back to School Night is Thursday, August 14th from 4:30 to 6pm at Lance Creek, LEMS & NCHS
There will be a Parent/Student Athlete Coaches (6-12th grade) meeting for fall sports on Thursday, August 14th at 6:15pm in the HS Auditorium (after back to school night).
Physicals will be available for students who need them from 2-4pm on Thursday, August 14th at the HS.
Concussion testing - All students who are going to compete in a sport throughout the school year (6-12th grade) must come in and go through the concussion baseline test. All students need to bring a cell phone for the test. If your student doesn’t have a cell phone, please let them borrow someone’s phone to use during the time. Can download SWAY medical before hand. Wednesday August 13th 4-6pm Thursday August 14th 8am - noon Make-up: Monday August 18th after school
If a student needs to make a schedule change, times are below for students to visit with Mrs. Ogburn. Seniors: Tuesday August 12th 10am - 12pm Juniors: Wednesday August 13th 9am -11am Sophomores/Freshmen: Thursday August 14th 1pm - 3pm
HS Golf started today August 11th, if you missed it you can still join, meet tomorrow at 4pm, golf course.
HS & MS Football, Volleyball and Cross Country starts August 18th after school.

FCCLA attended the opening ceremonies for nationals yesterday! Today the students all competed in their events and then spent the evening at Epcot! Go Tigers!

NCHS FCCLA arrived late last night in Orlando, FL. We picked up the rental car (named Cocoa) and made it to the beach! Thanks to everyone who supported us with fundraising efforts! Very appreciative of the support we receive in this amazing County/Community! Will post results of the raffle shortly!

Congratulations to Zaylee Wurdeman as she made it back to the short round in goat tying at the Jr High National Finals rodeo! She will compete in the final round tonight and is sitting 18th out of 175! Good Luck and way to go!!

Their will be an escort into town for the SkillsUSA National Champs today. It will start at Redbird restrooms travel into town, down main street and then turn on 5th street west to the HS. Estimated time is 6:30/7pm, will post an update on time later as we know more.

The NCHS Alumni Golf Tournament group goes above and beyond to give back to the students of Niobrara County High School. We are incredibly fortunate to have their ongoing support!
